C9 Hydrocarbon Resin

C9 petroleum resin is cationic polymerization of C9 fraction via thermal or catalyst process. C9 fraction is steamed from byproduct of ethylene cracker under 140C- 200C, is the residues after extracting benzene , toluene , xylene when gasoline or naphtha is cracked . Main composition includes styrene, ɑ-methyl styrene ,indene and so on.
